CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel or request a refund for the school software services you have subscribed to. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

  2. Eligibility for Cancellation and Refunds
    • Trial Period: If you are using the software on a free trial basis, cancellation and a refund are not applicable unless otherwise specified.
    • Subscription-Based Plans: If you are on a paid subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
      • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days from the payment date, you may be eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation occurs after 30 days, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
      • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to the software until the end of the current billing cycle.
      • Custom Pricing or Enterprise Solutions: For custom pricing plans or enterprise solutions, the cancellation and refund terms will be outlined in the individual agreement or contract. These agreements may include specific conditions regarding refunds or service cancellations.
  3. How to Cancel

    To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

    • Log in to your account on the school software portal.
    • Go to the "Account Settings" or "Subscription Management" section.
    • Select the "Cancel Subscription" option and follow the prompts.

  4. Refund Process

    After submitting your cancellation request, the refund, if eligible, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • If you paid via a purchase order or invoice, refunds will be processed according to the terms in your contract or purchase agreement.
  5. Exceptions

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • Non-usage: If the software has been used during the billing period, and the user has not experienced a technical issue that prevented usage.
    • Violation of Terms of Service: Refunds will not be issued to customers who violate the software’s terms of service or engage in fraudulent activity.
    • Custom-built or Licensed Solutions: Once custom-built features or licenses are delivered, no refunds will be provided.
